By creating an account or using Postur, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Postur provides posture and ergonomics tracking tools, including check-ins, an ergonomic setup checklist, reminders, trends, and a tips library. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Postur supports healthy habits but is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for any health concern or persistent pain.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Postur offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan billed monthly. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and payments are processed by Stripe.

You can cancel at any time from your settings; your Pro features remain active through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Use Postur only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access it in unauthorized ways, or misuse other users' data.

Postur is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
